One of our core services gives clients the ability to be closely involved in establishing the strategy and development of the investments that are made in their portfolios. GSF Asia Pacific actively manages investment portfolios and seeks out holdings that are trading below book value and show strong growth potential. We concentrate on diligently researching companies to help us identify these stocks which may be out of favor with the general market sentiment, or whose price valuations are not consistent with their longer-term fundamentals. These undervalued assets can offer a gold mine of untapped potential that we can take advantage of.

We try not to follow the trends set by the markets when others are following the pack and selling or buying unless there are fundamental reasons to do so. When such activity is occurring, we evaluate the situation from a more dispassionate viewpoint. We react less emotionally, taking a broader perspective of the situation before deciding on our own course of action. We have used this strategy since the company was founded, and it has served us well, preserving the value of clients’ hard-earned money when those of some of our peers have suffered devastating losses.
